Members of the WCHS and residents of Colwall, Mathon and Coddington are warmly invited to take part in our Virtual Summer Show!

We have had to cancel our Annual Flower and Produce Show this year due to the restrictions imposed upon us as a result of the Coronavirus. However, this doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate our efforts in the garden and the home.

As this is a new venture for the organising committee, we hope you will bear with us if there are any hiccups! All entries to the virtual show are photographic. We appreciate that not everyone has the ability to take photos and send them off so we are happy for entrants to enlist the help of a friend or family member to help them.

There are 4 categories:

Flowers and Plants

Children’s (children can still enter any of the other classes above)

Full details of classes and entry guidance can be found on the Annual Show page (see tab above). Details will also be found of how and where to send your photographs. Phone contacts for any queries can be found here too.

We have organised this show as a way of staying in touch with our members and developing our links with local residents. We hope you have fun in entering as many classes as you wish. There are no entry fees – and no money prizes or trophies.

We hope to put up a gallery of all the entries so keep an eye out on our website from Monday 7th September 2020.

We would love to celebrate all the entries and see who has won in each class in an online celebration on zoom. This will take place on Monday 7th September at 7.30pm. Details of how to join the meeting will be posted nearer the time.

We look forward to receiving your photos! Happy gardening and cooking!
