Jimi Blake is passionate about plants. He is gardener, custodian and creator of Hunting Brook Gardens near Dublin. Jimi will take us a on a breath-taking journey through the newest and most exciting plants in his collection and from his travels to other gardens and nurseries.
Jimi is a graduate of the Botanic Gardens at Airfield in Dublin. He has a growing international reputation as a designer, known for unexpected outlandishly beautiful plant combinations.
The Ernest Ballard Aster Competition will take place on the evening. One entry per person of a vase of Michaelmas Daisies, preferably mixed varieties. The trophy is awarded for the best exhibit.
Tickets for this talk cost £15 and include complimentary refreshments.
