Rozanne Delamere from the Ledbury Flower Farm will be talking to us on Monday about Sustainable Flowers and Flower Farming.
Rozanne has a degree in Rural Environmental Protection and applies this knowledge in her growing methods on the flower farm. Awareness of the changing climate and environmental issues meant that she wanted to be able to offer a sustainable option of local produce, local flowers, for local people.
The talk will start at 7.30pm in Colwall Village Hall. However, do come along from 7pm to enjoy a drink and a chat as well as the plant stall and raffle.
We would be very grateful for any donated plants, cuttings, divisions and seedlings for the plant stall. And please bring along a bag for any plants you buy from the stall as we need to keep the floor of the village hall clean and free of compost.
